SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All products are custom-made to order using our print-on-demand service. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Production Time
Once your order enters production, it typically takes 2-7 business days to create your custom item, depending on the product type and current production volume.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, shipping times vary by destination:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-21 business days (depending on location and customs processing)
Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time = Processing time + Production time + Shipping time. Most US orders arrive within 2-3 weeks from the order date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for delivery if available.
